Homeopathic support for a recent illness or injury
Service Description
An acute consultation includes: + A 30-minute case-taking conversation (in-person at my clinic in Welcome Bay or online via Zoom) + I usually work on the case for about 30-60 minutes after the consult and revert back to you as soon as possible with a remedy recommendation. Occasionally, I will be able to recommend a remedy during the consult. It is case dependant usually based on the complexity. + A remedy check a couple of hours later or the following days, again depending on the severity and complexity of the case. This involves me understanding how the remedy is acting and assessing if any changes need to be made to the remedy choice or administration. + Any further remedy remedy checks within a 3-7 day period until the resolution of the acute. This includes weekends and public holidays should your acute require observation and support. Anything outside of this time frame usually requires a second acute consultation or most likely a referral to a chronic homeopath for deeper support from a broader perspective of the case. This ensures best care of your health and well-being. Occasionally, some complex acutes require a longer period of time (about 14 days) if they fall within the childhood illnesses or similar.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or re-schedule, please let me know a minimum of two hours before the appointment time. You can also re-schedule your appointment by logging into the website under your profile. Alternatively, download the Wix App for more convenience. Appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled within the two hours prior to the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the acute consultation rate. Thank you for honouring this policy.
